I’d like to call this the Broken Hopes, Broken Dreams giveaway. I realized I had one more to do after the art one earlier…
I have these two Charizard I got in Japan - a Pokedoll that came out a day before we had to leave, and a Pokemon Time Charizard charm.  It’s really cute, but I don’t like Charizard a whole lot.  I bought these two Charizard items for a special friend, even though at that time I was really upset at that person.  Then we parted ways because it never got better, and I’d rather not keep around things that upset me.
So… the rules are simple.
One reblog enters, but a like helps.
No giveaway blogs!
Giveaway ends May 24th.
I’ll pay for shipping anywhere.
You don’t have to be following me, but if you like Pokemon art, I do a lot of that!
Thank you for taking a look! I hope these will end up in a place with someone who appreciates Charizard as much as I don’t.

charizard is like my favorite pokemon (right after feraligatr), so why not

Taco Bell Japan today announced a new promotion for 劇場版 魔法少女まどか☆マギカ[新編]叛逆の物語 (Gekijō-ban Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica Shinpen: Hangyaku no Monogatari) (Puella Magi Madoka Magica New Feature: Rebellion), the third Madoka movie. The tacos will run a limited release from August - October to promote the new film, and are based off of the five original Madoka Magica characters.

suddenly this is actually relevant.

Puella Magi Taco Magica

and yet I find this somewhat LESS insane than the Doritos-flavored taco shells…

Konami “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III - Radical Rescue ” { Game Boy } box i ..art by X (( 1993 )) on Flickr.
Via Flickr:** View LARGE On Black ** ☠ ☠ It’ll take a twisted Mind to untangle the Turtles from their worst fiasco yet ! The whole sewer crew, except Michaelangelo, is captured in a most heinous hideout. Who could be behind this travesty? Who else? Shredder has returned as Cyber Shredder - half-man, half-machine and he’s created this twisty-turny “fun house” of Turtle torture. Use Turtle strategy and all new moves to help Michaelangelo rescue the gang from Cyber Shredder’s fortress. The Turtles are sporting some radical new maneuvers. Call on each unique skill to oversome specific obstacles. It helps to round-up your scrambled cohorts in a certain order. Michaelangelo has helicopter hang time, Leonardo dusts concrete blocks, Raphael shells through tight spots and Donatello scales sheer walls. Fight through 5 rescue adventures. You’ll need keen Turtle sense and all the pizza power you can scarf up to make it past bats, goons and hordes of robotic maniacs. Use the Fortress Map to navigate through places unseen and find valuable items such as power-ups, ID cards, keys and shangheid Shell Backs. Who’s the boss, you ask? How about Scratch, Dirt Bag, Triceraton, Scale Tail and of course Cyber Shredder, as Turtle-hungry as they get. The Password feature lets you pick up your mission from the last Boss Beast you annihilated. To make it out of Shredder’s maze of mayhem, you’ll need to be as sharp as a sai sword and as tough as a team of sumo wrestlers. For 1 radical rescuer.

Funny how Cyber Shredder never really became a thing outside of the games at the time (not counting Back to the Sewers’ take).
Also, “‘The whole sewer crew, except Michaelangelo, is captured,’ so let’s put Leonardo on the box instead!”

I would like to take this opportunity to point out Leo’s face.  Look at that face.  That is the face of a dude who has had ENOUGH of your shit, and will straight up SHANK your ass for so much as looking at him sideways.

Inspired by Anita Sarkeesian’s Video Game Tropes vs Women, I wanted to pitch a Zelda game where Zelda herself was the hero, rescuing a Prince Link.

Clockwork Empire is set 2,000 years after Twilight Princess, and is not a reboot, but simply another iteration in the Zelda franchise. It just so happens that in this case, Zelda is the protagonist. I’m a very big Zelda fan, and worked hard to draw from key elements in the continuity and mythos.

This concept work is meant to show that Zelda as a game protagonist can be both compelling and true to the franchise, while bringing new and dynamic game elements that go farther than being a simple gender swap.

Hope you like it!

I would TOTALLY buy a game like this if it was a real thing.

I want this to be a real thing.  So I may buy it.

Just look at these! Look at the way Louie flops forward. And the way Webby’s legs stretch. Or the way Scrooge shoves his hat back onto his head. These are the coolest video game sprites I’ve ever seen.

I want sprite rips.

These sprites are as sexy as Wario land <3 I hope these get ripped

I’m so happy this game is getting made

ME TOO OH GOSH

holy crap I had no idea they had fully animated sprites this detailed, crap this is like the cartoon! Impressive!!

This is why WayForward is the best. (see also: “a boy and his blob” for Wii)

CHRISSY/GHOST-HORSE

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu Plays Herself on Crayon Shin-chan

Model/singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu will make her voice-acting debut by playing herself on the Crayon Shin-chan anime on January 25. Her “Kimi ni 100 Percent” song has already been playing as the theme song of the anime since October.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is a self-described huge Crayon Shin-chan fan who has all of the original manga volumes and catches the anime films as they come out. She said that her voice-acting experience was like a delightful dream.

The story of the January 25 episode has Kyary Pamyu Pamyu coming into the anime like Commodore Matthew Perry’s black-ship expedition that opened up Edo-era Japan. She will make her grand entrance on pink ships — only, instead of introducing Western culture as Perry did, she will introduce “false eyelashes.” The anime version of the singer will be sporting a blonde bob haircut with a pink ribbon, as well as a matching one-piece dress with pochette handbag.

DuckTales Remastered

WayForward is remaking the NES DuckTales game in HD for Wii U, PSN, and XBLA, with dat WayForward animation. So all that stuff about a new DuckTales game wasn’t just ducktales!

Now I’m curious if the guys working on Shovel Knight, the Mega Man/DuckTales-esque platformer (coming to Wii U) being kickstarted by Wayforward vets, had a hand in this official remake.

BUY DuckTales

ALL OF MY WANT

soon as that theme song started i was all “AWWWWWW YEAAAAAHHHH”

…Capcom, why must you make me hate you (treatment of MegaMan) and love you (THIS THING) at the same time?
